Job Summary
The Manager Talent Acquisition & HR Operations will lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring operations for Corporate, Engineering, Project, and Site-based roles in an EPC environment. The role focuses on efficient recruitment operations, and strong coordination with project teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (EPC & Project Hiring)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for EPC roles including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Management, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Contracts, and Site Administration
- Handle bulk and project-based hiring for site personnel (engineers, supervisors, technicians, skilled and unskilled workforce)
- Partner with Project Managers and Functional Heads to understand manpower plans and mobilization timelines
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, consultants, trade networks, and local hiring channels
- Conduct interviews, trade tests (where applicable), and competency assessments
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement
Recruitment Operations & Mobilization
- Ensure timely mobilization of manpower at project sites as per project schedules
- Coordinate documentation, medicals, background verification, and joining formalities
- Maintain accurate recruitment and manpower records (project-wise and role-wise)
- Manage ATS or recruitment trackers and generate hiring MIS reports
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, mobilization TAT, and manpower fulfilment
