We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive who understands the dynamics of apparel, fashion, retail, and lifestyle hiring and can support our rapid growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and department heads
- Create job descriptions and role specifications for various business functions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to align on timelines and candidate fitment
Retail & Fashion Hiring
- Drive hiring for store operations, sales executives, store managers, retail MIS, warehouse, category, and corporate functions
- Focus on manpower hiring for retail expansion and omnichannel business growth
- Handle bulk hiring for frontline sales and store teams
- Source candidates with prior experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, and D2C brands
Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social hiring, referrals, and vendor networks
- Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring retail roles
- Conduct market mapping of candidates from fashion and retail brands
- Develop strong candidate databases for future hiring needs
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors and staffing partners
- Track vendor performance and candidate quality
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams
- Ensure timely interview scheduling and feedback closure
Candidate Experience
- Conduct initial screening and assess culture fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications
- Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and joining formalities
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process
Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Maintain daily hiring tracker and position status reports
- Monitor TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness, and aging
- Share weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards with management
- Maintain hiring analytics and manpower reports
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Prior hiring exposure in retail, apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and job portal sourcing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of salary benchmarking and negotiation
- Proficiency in Excel / MIS reporting
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
