Key responsibilities:
- The roles and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to, Working on the hiring priorities with key focus on turn-around-time and quality of candidates.
- Identifying, utilizing, optimizing and driving performance of multiple hiring sources from amongst job portals, job boards, employee referrals and alike.
- Stakeholder Management Create and foster strong relationships with colleagues and partner with hiring managers to deliver to the needs of the business
- Advertising vacancies on job boards, company's website and applicable social media platforms through designated marketing channels.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals and applicable social media channels.
- Working hands-on as well as guiding the team on end-to-end hiring, i.e. sourcing candidates, interviewing, assessing, shortlisting, coordinating with the interview panel, negotiating offers, driving closures, joining and onboarding.
- Leading and conducting background checks to ensure candidate fitment and to ascertain work ethic and stated experience.
- Updating the MIS and/or Application Tracking System in real-time enabling complete transparency and visibility.
- Lead special projects and Campus initiatives
Key Requirement:
- Minimum 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a similar industry is preferred, with at least 2 years in Real Estate or Hospitality being mandatory.
- Graduate with Diploma/ Postgraduate/ Professional Certification in HR Should have worked on bulk hiring and across various levels, i.e. junior, mid managerial, senior levels.
- Able to work under pressure both independently and with a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience across the end-to-end hiring process, including direct sourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with moving deadlines.
- Target oriented in closing all positions in specific turn-around-times.
- Experience in using Application Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferable. In case of no experience in using ATS, the candidate should be inclined towards learning the same.
