We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and follow up with selected candidates
