We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist (Individual Contributor) who specializes in Core Technical Hiring. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in stakeholder management, proactive sourcing, and delivering on aggressive hiring targets in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for assigned technical positions, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Act as a trusted partner to the business by understanding team structures, skill demands, and urgency.
Technical Hiring Expertise
- Build pipelines and close positions in niche technical areas like Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud Analytics, and Big Data.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and drive alignment on hiring decisions.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a single point of contact for technical hiring needs across verticals.
- Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and proactive solutions to hiring challenges.
Sourcing Strategy & Execution
- Source high-quality candidates through job boards, internal databases, referrals, social media, and targeted research.
- Engage in proactive talent mapping and market intelligence activities to stay ahead of hiring needs.
Interview Process Management
- Coordinate interview logistics, panel alignments, feedback collection, and drive closure in a timely manner.
- Ensure consistent candidate experience and brand representation.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data in ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors) and present weekly hiring reports, pipeline status, TAT, and analytics to management.
Collaboration with TA COEs
- Work with employer branding, diversity hiring, and talent analytics teams to strengthen recruitment strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 46 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, especially in core technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of Frontend, Backend, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Big Data, Python, SQL, Spark, and modern data stacks.
- Excellent sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience working on ATS platforms (SuccessFactors, Taleo, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently in an IC setup.
- Ability to handle volume hiring and niche closures simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
