Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate People Success professional who loves hiring great talent and designing meaningful experiences for employees. This role is a blend of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement, ensuring we attract the right people and help them thrive within Hack2skill.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Manage end-to-end hiring across functions sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong pipeline using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and employee referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define evaluation criteria.
- Conduct HR rounds and negotiate offers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment dashboards, job postings, and applicant tracking systems.
Employee Engagement (20%)
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives: recognition programs, cultural activities, fun Fridays, festival celebrations, etc.
- Support internal communication to foster a positive and informed work culture.
- Assist in pulse surveys, feedback analysis, and action planning to improve employee morale.
- Facilitate onboarding orientation, buddy programs, and new-joiner experience.
- Participate in designing and implementing HR policies and wellness programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or broader HR roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with HR tools (ATS, HRMS) is a plus.
