The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment outcomes across India and selected global markets. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the People team to attract, assess, and hire talent aligned with Grok's values, culture, and strategic growth priorities.
The role plays a critical part in strengthening Grok's workforce capability by ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and candidate-centric.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer acceptance.
- Proactively manage recruitment timelines and identify, mitigate, and escalate hiring risks as required.
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage the interview processes.
- Lead the offer management and negotiation process, and provide communication through to acceptance, ensuring all terms are approved and accurate, with formal handover to HR Operations for contract documentation and onboarding administration.
2. Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, competencies, and timelines.
- Provide recruitment advice on sourcing strategies, talent availability, and market trends.
- Ensure clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
3. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent networks.
- Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
4. Candidate Experience
- Deliver a professional, respectful, and engaging candidate experience at all stages.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely feedback and clear communication.
5. Process, Data & Compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reporting.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment practices and internal policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Legal to ensure position descriptions comply with regulatory and internal requirements, and are consistent with role scope, classification, and approved offer terms.
6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with global People & Culture colleagues across regions.
- Support broader people initiatives as required (e.g. workforce recruitment planning, EVP initiatives).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment frameworks and practices.
Capabilities & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Indian talent markets and recruitment practices.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions or geographies.
- Exposure to global or matrixed organisations.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics.
- Experience hiring within professional services, education, or related sectors.
