We are looking for an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for lateral and volume hiring, ensuring smooth hiring operations and an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle both lateral and volume hiring requirements across IT functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels – job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5-9 years of experience in IT recruitment

• Proven experience in end-to-end hiring and stakeholder management.
• Strong sourcing experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
