Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

Strategic Talent Acquisition:

• Lead end-to-end hiring for critical, leadership, niche and revenue-impacting roles across the organisation.
• Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent requirements.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for strategic and succession-critical positions.
• Drive hiring excellence through structured assessments, stakeholder alignment and superior candidate experience.
• Manage executive search mandates and confidential hiring assignments.

Talent Intelligence & Market Mapping:

• Conduct industry and competitor talent mapping exercises.
• Identify and engage passive talent across key capability areas.
• Generate market intelligence on talent availability, competitor movements, compensation trends and emerging skill sets.
• Build talent communities for future hiring needs and organisational growth.

Employer Branding & EVP:

• Drive Galaxy's employer branding strategy across digital and professional platforms.
• Curate compelling content showcasing Galaxy's culture, leadership philosophy, employee growth stories and innovation journey.
• Strengthen Galaxy's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through targeted branding initiatives and campaigns.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance visibility of organisational achievements and employee experiences.
• Manage relationships with external branding partners, professional networks and talent communities.

Candidate Experience:

• Deliver a differentiated and premium candidate experience across all touchpoints.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Galaxy while engaging with prospective candidates.
• Improve offer acceptance ratios through proactive engagement and relationship management.
• Drive candidate NPS and continuously enhance recruitment processes.

Recruitment Analytics & Governance:

• Track recruitment effectiveness through metrics and dashboards.
• Analyse hiring funnel performance, source effectiveness, quality of hire, strategic role closure and market competitiveness.
• Recommend process improvements and hiring interventions based on data-driven insights.

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Niche Hiring/Talent Acquisition
• Exposure to Strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning

Qualification:

MBA in Human Resource Management

Candidates from Tier 1 Institute will be preferred.
