About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. As a key contributor to our growth journey, you will help attract top talent across corporate, retail, operations, and leadership functions.


Key Responsibilitie

sRecruitment & Hirin

  • gManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • .Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and role expectations
  • .Create and post job advertisements across relevant job portals and social media platforms
  • .Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies
  • .Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • .Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • .Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts

.Talent Pipeline Managemen

  • tBuild and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs
  • .Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
  • .Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness

.Stakeholder Managemen

  • tCollaborate closely with business leaders and department heads on hiring priorities
  • .Provide regular recruitment updates and market intelligence
  • .Maintain recruitment documentation and compliance records

.Recruitment Operation

  • sEnsure accurate maintenance of candidate data in ATS and HR systems
  • .Support onboarding coordination for new hires
  • .Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices

Qualificatio

  • nsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fiel
  • d.2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitmen
  • t.Experience hiring for corporate, retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, consumer brands, or startup environments is preferre
  • d.Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portal
  • s.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skill
