Job Description

Description- Talent Acquisition

We at Freyr have various openings for Talent Acquisition. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6+ years of experience in

1)- Poland/EU/EMEA market.

2)- India

3)- US

Expereince in filling RFP and doing the Market Intelligence.

Experience in working with Healthcare/Pharma/Lifescience domain is mandatory

Specialized in working on roles like CMC, Labeling, Regulatory is a must

  • Source candidates through various channels (referrals, job advertising, direct sourcing, etc.).
  • Screen candidates for qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate interview rounds, document feedback, and handle offer issuance.
  • Manage pre-onboarding, including document collection and checklist completion.
  • Ensure timely updates on candidate status in HRMS or email.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and interview questions.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and HR team members.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment
  • Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Excellent with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Someone who can do weekly, monthly, quarterly meeting with Hiring Managers.
  • Proactive approach, smart worker, keen learner.
  • Excellent with Market insights, market study.
  • Who can do competitor analysis and give insights.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Smart Personality.
