Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Recruiter who will primarily support end-to-end recruitment activities while assisting in key HR generalist tasks. The role requires strong sourcing skills, coordination abilities, and a basic understanding of HR processes to effectively support hiring and HR operations.

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit across skills, communication, experience, and role alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and timely collection of interview feedback.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.
  • Proactively follow up with candidates on interview status, feedback, and next steps to minimize drop-offs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate trackers and interview feedback records.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) in screening, coordination, and closures, adhering to defined hiring timelines and internal SLAs.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate outreach.
  • Support onboarding activities such as document collection and joining formalities.

HR Generalist

  • Support onsite onboarding & induction processes
  • Maintain updated employee records and support HR documentation as required.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities
  • To support in Employee relations & HR Operations

Key Skills

  • Strong technology recruitment expertise, particularly in domains like AI/ML, OR, Data Science, Advanced Analytics & other engineering roles
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools like ATS, HRMS, and MS Office
  • 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, hiring strategies & Boolean search fundamentals
  • Good hands-on in Excel
  • Exposure to HR operations
  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong work ethics
  • Open to travel outside Bangalore
  • Should be based in Bangalore

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any Degree preferably degree in HR

Good to Have

  • Experience hiring for Analytics / Tech / Business roles
  • Experience in HR Operations
  • Experience in startup environments
