Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions.
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and offer status.
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Assist in campus hiring, bulk hiring, or lateral hiring drives when required.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. )
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
