Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions.
  • Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and offer status.
  • Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Assist in campus hiring, bulk hiring, or lateral hiring drives when required.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. )
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
