About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join Vrinda Global's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Green Hydrogen, Power, Water, and Industrial sectors. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing technical and managerial professionals across diverse disciplines, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates globally. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fulfilling our clients talent needs for complex projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates that meet technical and cultural requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on international projects, develop industry-specific expertise, and contribute to the growth of a leading recruitment firm in the energy and industrial sectors.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience within the Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, or Industrial sectors. A strong understanding of engineering disciplines and project-based hiring is essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in sourcing and recruiting for both domestic and international projects, utilizing various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and professional networks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills are required to handle multiple mandates efficiently. Exposure to hiring for Green Hydrogen, Energy Transition, Renewable Energy, LNG, Refinery, Petrochemical, and Industrial Manufacturing projects will be considered a significant advantage. A proactive approach, industry awareness, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements are key attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across diverse sectors including Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Water, Power, Renewables, and Industrial projects.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified technical professionals across global markets using various sourcing techniques.
- Recruit for critical roles within FEED Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Commissioning & Start-Up, Procurement & Supply Chain, HSE, Operations & Maintenance, Quality Assurance & Quality Control, and Contracts & Commercial.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across disciplines such as Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling, and Construction Supervision.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing a seamless experience.
- Develop market intelligence and conduct talent mapping to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
- Maintain and expand strong candidate networks across India, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and market insights.
