We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Staffing to join our recruitment team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruiting for IT and Engineering roles across the US market, with a proven track record of handling full-time/permanent hiring requirements. This role requires excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, along with the flexibility to work during US business hours

Key Responsibiliti

• esManage end-to-end recruitment for US-based full-time/permanent position
• s.Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT and Engineering role
• s.Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidate
• s.Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fi
• t.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring manager
• s.Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidate
• s.Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptanc
• e.Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS
