Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping us source, attract, and place high-quality candidates for mid to senior-level positions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique hiring needs, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a seamless and efficient process. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a strategic mindset, strong communicati on skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
● Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong relati onships with clients to understand their organizati onal culture, hiring needs, and strategic goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment needs. ● Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including direct headhunting, job boards, social media, and networking, to identify top talent for open positions.
● Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including initi al screenings, in-depth interviews, and reference checks, to ensure candidates meet the required skills and cultural fit.
● End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment process from job brief through to offer acceptance, including negotiating salary packages, presenting candidates, and managing client/candidate expectations.
● Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and market compensati on benchmarks to advise clients on best practices.
● Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network of qualifi ed candidates for future opportuniti es, ensuring a constant pipeline for current and upcoming roles.
● Client Reporti ng: Provide regular updates and status reports to clients, ensuring transparency throughout the recruitment process.
Key Requirements:
● Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment consulti ng, with a proven track record of filling mid to senior-level positi ons across various industries.
● Strong Communicati on: Excellent verbal and writt en communicati on skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both clients and candidates.
● Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting in specifi c sectors such as fi nance, technology, sales, or operati ons is a plus, but not required.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to assess client needs, identi fy talent gaps, and deliver strategic soluti ons that align with business objectives.
● Proactive Approach: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative to find creative solutions to complex recruitment challenges.
● Collaborati on & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to achieve common goals.
