Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in New Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role entails enhancing employer branding, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Experience in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Employer Branding techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the marketing or Ecommerce industry is a plus
• 2+ years of experience
