Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.

• Drive end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand roles and define hiring strategies.
• Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain structured pipelines and track progress using ATS, dashboards, and data insights.

• 5+ years of strong recruitment experience.
• Experience in Startup or Executive Search environments is highly preferred.
• Proven sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A high-ownership mindset with the agility to work at startup speed.
