About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring for our digital marketing and creative teams. This role is heavily focused on recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, and hiring quality, with limited involvement in payroll and HR operations through KEKA HRMS.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Own end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles, including performance marketing, SEO, content, design, strategy, and account management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.
- Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews to ensure speed and quality of hiring.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate closure.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring metrics, and pipeline visibility.
HR Operations & Payroll (Secondary Support)
- Support monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management via KEKA HRMS.
- Ensure accurate employee data, documentation, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll or HR-related queries.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with a strong recruitment focus.
- Proven experience hiring for digital marketing / creative / agency roles.
- Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS (mandatory).
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics, offer management, and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple open roles.
