Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SELLABILITY. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The role involves strategizing and implementing employer branding initiatives and ensuring a robust hiring process to attract exceptional candidates, aligned with the company's goals. The individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 4-6 years in Non IT, BSFI in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Skilled in Interviewing and assessing candidates to align with organizational needs
• Experience in Hiring and implementing effective recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to enhance company attractiveness
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
