About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Talent Specialist to join our recruitment team, focusing on outbound candidate sourcing, engagement, and building a strong talent pipeline to meet our hiring needs. This role plays a critical part in supporting our global expansion, helping us connect with top talent through global outreach. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with potential candidates via calls, emails, and social platforms, and works to create a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Outreach : Identify and engage potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates skills, experience, and fit for our requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the founders and hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Market Mapping: Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify key talent pools and stay updated on industry hiring trends.
  • Employer Branding Support: Represent the organization with professionalism and uphold a strong employer brand in all candidate engagements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Global recruitment.
  • Proficiency with job portals and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
