About Dodo Payments

Dodo Payments is the Monetisation Engine for AI-native products. We're a Merchant of Record + Billing & Monetization platform that helps SaaS, AI, and digital businesses accept payments globally, automate billing (subscriptions, usage-based, one-time), and stay fully compliant with taxes and regulations in 220+ countries.

We're building a lean, high-ownership team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us hire exceptional people across product, engineering, compliance, operations, business and marketing roles.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dodo Payments, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles across teams. This is a hands-on role where you will partner closely with founders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and close high-quality candidates in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy, employer brand, and candidate experience as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across engineering, product, compliance, operations, and business teams from role kick-off to offer closure
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and drive hiring priorities
  • Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, communities, and direct outreach
  • Manage candidate communication and experience across all stages, ensuring timely updates, transparency, and a high-quality hiring journey
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, interviewer alignment, structured feedback, and hiring decisions
  • Maintain accurate hiring data and trackers to ensure visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress
  • Support offer creation, negotiations, and joining formalities, working closely with founders and candidates
  • Contribute to employer branding and hiring initiatives, including hiring posts, referral drives, and talent campaigns

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (startup or high-growth company preferred)

  • Proven experience hiring for tech and non-tech roles
  • Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles simultaneously

Good to Have

  • Experience hiring for SaaS, fintech, AI, or B2B startups
  • Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
  • Experience in early-stage or scaling startups
