Job Description

  • Partner with leadership to assess workforce needs and plan effective recruitment strategies for diverse electronics roles, including technical, R&D, and production positions
  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, campus outreach, offer negotiation, onboarding, and proactive pipeline building for technical skills critical to electronics.
  • Source talent through multiple channels (job portals, Linkedin, social media, referrals, talent mapping) with focus on niche electronics and engineering skills.
  • Track and publish recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer to join ratio) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus programs and social media campaigns for the electronics business.
