Sourcing And Recruitment
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job briefing to offer stage.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, ATS, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Provide recruitment insights, market data, and hiring recommendations.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with all candidates.
- Represent the company brand compellingly and authentically.
Process And Compliance
- Track and manage candidates through the ATS, ensuring data accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and practices.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal hiring policies.
Employer Branding
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including career page updates, social recruitment content, and talent engagement events.
- Attend job fairs, community events, or university career programs as needed.
