Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Non-IT Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Support, and Business roles. The ideal candidate will independently manage end-to-end recruitment, drive volume and niche hiring, and partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles including Sales (B2C/B2B), Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Success, and Leadership roles
- Manage bulk/volume hiring as well as niche and senior-level positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and timelines
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and alternate channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process
- Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and closure within defined TATs
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and MIS reports
- Mentor junior recruiters and guide them on sourcing, screening, and closures
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus/drive hiring when required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in Non-IT hiring (Sales, Ops, Marketing, Finance, HR, Support)
- Hands-on exposure to bulk and target-driven hiring
- Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management abilities
- Good understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in EdTech / Startup / High-growth organizations preferred
