Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Develop and execute hiring plans across tech and business teams.
  • Provide market insights (salary data, talent availability, competitor trends).
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and communities.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Manage external recruiters when needed.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding handoff.
  • Maintain structured interview processes and consistent candidate evaluation.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience and timely communication.
  • Promote Botsync's employer brand through social media, events, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate on content that highlights company culture and opportunities.
  • Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer rate, quality of hire).
  • Optimise sourcing channels and interview processes.
  • Implement and maintain ATS/recruiting tools.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication.
  • Experience hiring both technical (AI/engineering) and commercial (sales/BD) roles.
  • Knowledge of SEA & Indian talent markets.
  • Data-driven and organised; able to manage multiple roles at once.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and candidate-centric.
  • 3-6 years of recruiting experience (preferably in startups or tech).
  • Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field).
