Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with over full-cycle recruiting expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing talent strategies, driving hiring excellence, and partnering closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy

  • Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units and role types (technical, non-technical, leadership).
  • Build and maintain a robust recruitment pipeline using advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean search, social recruiting, referrals, and talent communities.
  • Optimize the recruitment process to reduce time-to-fill and improve hire quality.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, offering consultative guidance on job design, market trends, and candidate evaluation.
  • Manage candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
  • Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and coordinate assessments as required.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

  • Drive employer branding initiatives across professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/HR to enhance candidate attraction through compelling job ads and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry seminars.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, with exposure to both volume and specialized hiring.
  • Strong command of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent databases).
  • Expertise in behavioral interviewing and competency-based assessment.
  • Data-driven mindset; experience working with recruitment dashboards and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to fast-changing business needs.
