Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
• Schedule and follow up on technical interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Coordinate offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
