Job Summary
We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist with
2+ years of experience in BPO International Process hiring. The candidate must have experience in
bulk hiring for Blended (Voice + Non-Voice) processes and strong exposure to
Email, Chat, and Voice hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Sourcing through job portals and professional networks.
- Screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through ATS.
- Building and maintaining a strong hiring pipeline.
- Handling and delivering hiring targets within deadlines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in BPO International hiring (Mandatory).
- Experience in bulk hiring for Blended processes.
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills (Mandatory).
- Target-driven with the ability to deliver within timelines.
- Must be based out of Gurugram.
