Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for NON-IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews with clients and internal stakeholders
Manage salary negotiations and candidate closures
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple domains
Client Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with their goals. Provide ongoing updates on the status of candidates and adjust strategies as needed.
Talent Pipeline Management Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future positions. Ensure timely follow-up and communication with candidates to keep them engaged and informed.
Offer Negotiation and Closing facilitate the offer negotiation process, ensuring both the client's and candidate's needs are met. Assist with closing candidates and securing their commitment to the client's organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
Basic knowledge of IT and non-IT roles (training can be provided)
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
