Team Lead - Talent Acquisition Softcell Technologies Global Pvt. Ltd.
Location - Mumbai

As we scale across our five business units, we are looking for someone to lead our talent acquisition function and help us bring in the people who will shape the next chapter.
About the role
You will lead a small, focused TA team and own hiring across business units, regions, and levels. The role reports into HR leadership and works closely with business heads on workforce planning, sourcing strategy, and closures. You will be hands-on where it matters, structured where it counts, and accountable for outcomes end to end.

• Partner with business heads to understand hiring needs across sales, presales, technical, and corporate tunctions.
• Build sourcing pipelines through job boards, Linkedin, employee referrals, and partner networks.
• Own hiring metrics - time to fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, and source effectiveness.
• Drive employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms. Strengthen interview processes, scorecards, and hiring manager enablement.
Manage vendor and consultant relationships where required.
What we are looking for
5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 to
2 years leading a team. Proven hiring track record across IT, technology, or enterprise sales roles. Strong sourcing instincts and confidence with Linkedin Recruiter, Naukri, and modern ATS tools. Sharp judgement on candidate fit and the ability to influence hiring managers. Comfortable owning numbers and reporting them cleanly. Graduate or postgraduate, ideally with an HR specialisation.
Compensation band
This role is positioned at the Team Lead level, with compensation aligned to the 5 to 7 year experience band for this profile.
