About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to support our recruitment efforts. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to our hiring processes with a strong focus on talent sourcing and pipeline building.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage effective hiring and selection processes with a strong focus on advanced LinkedIn and job portal sourcing.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles with a strong understanding of proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and talent mapping.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through strategic sourcing techniques and market research.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening, sourcing outreach, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate with interviewers to ensure quick turnaround times and a smooth candidate experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1+ year of proven experience in recruitment with strong sourcing expertise
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, X-ray search, and job portals like Naukri
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail
- Effective stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
