Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and ensuring all positions are closed within the defined TAT, while maintaining quality hiring and smooth coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media
  • Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews
  • Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions at the same time
  • Maintain and update candidate database
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates till joining
  • Close positions within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Experience in bulk hiring preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (TAT)
  • Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing channels
