Job Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and ensuring all positions are closed within the defined TAT, while maintaining quality hiring and smooth coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Post job openings on job portals and social media
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct initial screening and interviews
- Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions at the same time
- Maintain and update candidate database
- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates till joining
- Close positions within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in bulk hiring preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (TAT)
- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing channels
