About the Role
We are seeking a Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter Specialist with a strong background in tech and product hiring. This role involves driving end-to-end recruitment cycles, designing sourcing strategies, and ensuring timely, high-quality closures. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with sourcing tools, proficient in Naukri Resdex and Boolean search, and able to build robust pipelines for engineering, product, and other critical roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead hiring for technology, product, and business functions, ensuring quick and quality closures.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and create effective sourcing plans.
- Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, Boolean search, referrals, and niche platforms.
- Screen, evaluate, and manage candidates through the full recruitment process, including offer negotiations.
- Track and share recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness).
- Drive strong candidate engagement and maintain an excellent candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives and mentor junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA HR preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years in talent acquisition, with proven success in tech and product hiring.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing expertise & Technical understanding with hands-on use of Instahyre, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage both niche and bulk hiring in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and data-driven recruitment practices.
