SAP Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify SAP professionals through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
• Work on requirements across SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP, SAP HANA, etc.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial HR/technical discussions
• Understand job requirements and match candidates based on technical skills and experience
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS systems regularly
• Build and maintain a strong network of SAP professionals

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, etc.)
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search techniques
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
