Role Overview

Were hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter (13 years of experience) to drive effective sourcing and selection processes for our clients. As a recruiter, youll be at the heart of connecting great talent with the right opportunities, ensuring both speed and quality in hiring.

What Youll Do

  • Manage recruitment pipelines for assigned roles across industries.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements.
  • Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and share shortlists with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews, track progress, and manage candidate communication.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement efforts.
  • Keep recruitment reports and trackers updated.
