Role Summary:

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies

Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards and social media

Conduct interviews and coordinate the interview process

Negotiate and extend job offers, and maintain recruitment data

Track and report recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process

Promote a positive candidate experience and represent employer brand

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools

Strong sourcing and communication skills

Analytical mindset and ability to track metrics
