About The Role
Scimplify is looking to hire a dynamic and driven TA Partner to support our growing hiring needs. This role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer closure)
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Handle multiple roles across functions simultaneously
- Drive vendor coordination (if required)
- Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and dashboards
- Ensure strong candidate experience and timely communication
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in non-tech hiring
- Proven experience in managing multiple roles at a time
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting
- Proficient in MS Excel and data management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience hiring for chemical/manufacturing / startup ecosystem is a plus
