Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage high-volume and senior-level hiring across functions. This role involves strategic sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, and close partnership with senior stakeholders across regions, with Japanese language proficiency required for regional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with workforce needs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and niche roles across geographies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing and market insights.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.

Skills Experience

  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with senior and/or high-volume hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management and sourcing expertise.
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency (mandatory).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and recruitment analytics preferred.
