Responsibilities
Position Purpose: We are seeking a commercially minded
Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. This role will manage a diverse portfolio of hiring across both
technical (Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, Product) and
non-technical (Operations, Finance, Risk, Corporate Functions) roles.
You will partner closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruitment delivery.
Primary duties will include:
- Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, post offer collaborations).
- Lead hiring across both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring strong market mapping and talent pipelining.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and market intelligence tools.
- Build and maintain strong external talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate with external vendor agencies where required and manage performance against agreed SLAs.
- Provide regular TA metrics, reporting, and hiring insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Partner with our Total Rewards team acquiring salary benchmarking and lead offer negotiation discussions.
- Support campus hiring initiatives, walk-in drives, and employer branding activities as required. When time permits.
- Maintain accurate data within ATS systems (Oracle / iCIMS preferred).
Qualifications
To land this role you will need :
- 510 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within an enterprise or fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience recruiting across both technology and corporate/non-technical roles.
- Strong sourcing capability and experience hiring niche technical skillsets.
- Experience partnering with global stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational capability.
- Experience using ATS systems (Oracle, iCIMS or similar).
- Experience in BFSI / Financial Services / FinTech is advantageous.

Education / Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR, Business, or related field preferred).
