Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter on a 6-month contract to support high-volume and critical hiring for Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer roles across levels. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the competitive sales talent market and can quickly build and manage a strong candidate pipeline from scratch within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer roles during the contract period.
- Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, events, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Execute recruiting strategies to meet agreed hiring targets and timelines.
- Act as a candidate ambassador by managing the entire candidate lifecycle, including screening, coordination, offer negotiation, offer generation, presentation, and closure.
- Ensure a consistently positive and professional candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to provide regular updates, pipeline insights, and hiring recommendations.
- Continuously follow up with stakeholders to align on staffing priorities and hiring plans.
Required Skills & Experience
- 710 years of hands-on Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience recruiting Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer talent across multiple levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize roles to meet urgent business needs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months (extendable based on business needs and performance)
- Start: Immediate or short notice preferred
Education
- University degree is preferred.
