Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will manage end-to-end recruitment,

collaborate with Internal teams and managers, and ensure timely hiring closures while

delivering a strong candidate experience. The role involves strategic sourcing, process

adherence, and close coordination with internal teams.

Work Arrangement

● Full-time role

● Work from Office (Monday to Friday)

● Saturdays: Permanent Work from Home

● Candidate must have their own laptop

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment within defined TAT and budget
  • Partner with hiring managers for requirement understanding and timely closures
  • Source and screen candidates through multiple hiring channels
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Drive offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining closures
  • Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers
  • Manage recruitment vendors and consultants
  • Support client acquisition efforts by identifying potential recruitment partners, building client relationships, and coordinating on hiring requirements
  • Assist in expanding business opportunities through proactive outreach and effective stakeholder engagement
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines
  • Data-driven approach with high attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience

● MBA / Post-graduate in HR or a relevant field

● 3-4 years of minimum experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or consultancy)

● Experience managing multiple roles and senior stakeholders preferred
