Job Description

Develop and implement recruitment strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Collaborate with Regional Heads on hiring requirements
Manage vendor relationships and payouts
Lead and manage a team of Field Recruiters and Vendor Associates
Utilize data to improve recruitment metrics and processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
Experience managing a recruitment team preferred
Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with vendor management and ATS
Data-driven approach to recruitment
