Role Overview
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll lead Enout's hiring strategy end-to-end from workforce planning and employer branding to managing a team of recruiters and ensuring a stellar candidate experience. You'll work closely with leadership and department heads to build agile, diverse, and high-performing teams across verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning
- Partner with business and department heads to understand resource projections and hiring priorities.
- Design and implement scalable hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Track and report hiring metrics time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
Recruitment Operations
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
- Ensure seamless candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of talent across levels.
Team Leadership & Process Excellence
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and interns.
- Optimize recruitment systems, processes, and trackers for efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and department heads for structured induction and onboarding.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
- Drive initiatives that strengthen Enout's employer brand across digital and offline platforms.
- Partner with Marketing/People teams to showcase Enout's culture, values, and opportunities.
What Are We Looking For
- 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in startups, hospitality, or high-growth environments).
- Proven track record of closing multiple roles across functions within tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, assessment methods, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
- A people-first mindset with a passion for building teams and cultures.
