We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing diverse talent pools, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all the positions (Junior to Mid/Senior levels)
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining high quality of hires
2. Corporate Hiring
- Drive hiring for functions such as Sales, Retail, Product, Consumer Research Insights, Marketing, Finance, HR, Online Business, Customer Service, and other corporate roles
- Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, employee referrals, vendor partners, and networking
- Ensure role-fit and cultural alignment through structured screening and assessment
3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for both niche and volume hiring
- Build and maintain a ready pipeline for critical and recurring roles
- Leverage multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, and internal databases
4. Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align on role expectations, timelines, and candidate quality
- Act as a talent advisor by providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarking
5. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Support employer branding initiatives such as campus hiring, social media campaigns, and engagement activities
6. Data & Process Excellence
- Track and improve key hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire, source effectiveness)
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance standards, and documentation
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to corporate hiring
- Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS platforms, and referral channels
- Strong understanding of corporate roles and hiring landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment
