Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Associate/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in recruitment and HR operations, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding talent while managing day-to-day HR operational activities for IvyCap Ventures .
Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key leadership roles, leveraging IvyCap's network, including IIT and IIM alumni.
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments, including interviews, psychometric evaluations, and reference checks.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive offers for senior hires.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates from the financial industry and related sectors.
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking.
- Collaborate with senior management and portfolio company leadership to identify talent needs for leadership and senior-level positions.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and skill fit.
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
- Ensure timely and effective onboarding of new hires, including conducting orientation programs.
HR Operations
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in senior to leadership hiring, preferably within the financial industry or a similar domain.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Zoho ,Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
