Conducting orientation, counseling and training of existing & new Jones

  • Sourcing potential candidates through different job portals.
  • Head hunting for senior level assignments.
  • Networking and reference chain.
  • Mass mailing & Job posting. CV Screening & short listing.
  • Coordination for senior level interview and taking preliminary interviews for middle level positions.
  • Formatting and submission of CVs.
  • Scheduling the interview.
  • Tracker preparation. Booklet preparation.
  • MIS preparation.
  • Knowledge about usage of Job portals like Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Monster, Times Job
  • The provision of a high quality recruitment service to all clients and candidates through quality process.
  • Responsible for the accurate and thorough profiling of candidates to meet needs. Perform variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
  • Responsible for achieving individual revenue target agreed upon with the Management.
  • Sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Monster, Times Job according to requirements.
  • Sourcing profiles through LinkedIn as well.
  • Sourcing profiles from portals database that are suitable for company requirements.
  • Screen, Filter and Audit the candidates CV sent by the Recruiters
  • Organizing interviews for candidates as requested
  • Counsel and coach candidates for interview
  • Check with the candidates if they have attended the interview
  • Negotiate the pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between candidates
  • Send details of candidates scheduled for interview
  • Get feedback from the candidates
  • Call candidates (Active / Inactive) to build and develop relationships
  • Draft New Requirements / Job Form as per in House requirement
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
  • Conducted Mega Recruitment Campaigns across all the companies
  • Interview venue arrangements on behalf of the Company

  • Conducting Telephonic First Round of Interviews
  • Maintaining weekly report of the newly recruited candidatures by the companies, maintaining reports in reference to Pre and Post recruitment process
  • Marinating complete details of all candidates in our Excel Sheet
