Position Talent Acquisition Manager

Location Thane (Hiranandani Estate)

Key Responsibilities

Talent Pipeline & Sourcing

  • Build and maintain rolewise sourcing strategies for plants and corporate (blue/whitecollar), balancing internal mobility with external hiring.
  • Develop highquality internal pipelines through IJPs, referrals, succession slates, returners, and re-deployment; external pipelines via direct sourcing, job boards, social, talent communities, and agencies.
  • Run campus programs (target institute list, preplacement branding, hiring days, assessments, offers & onboarding) and nurture yearround engagement.

Selection & Candidate Experience

  • Plan and execute selection: screening calls, structured interviews, assessments/case studies, and onsite interviews; coordinate panels and logistics.
  • Design/refresh JDs and interview question banks with HM input to reflect competencies and musthave skills per role.
  • Ensure consistent, fair interviewing practices and documentation in line with recruitment policy equalopportunity standards.
  • Where applicable, coordinate psychometric/skills assessments (e.g., Clevry) and translate insights into probing areas and hiring decisions.

Employer Branding & Campus

  • Lead employer branding initiatives across job adverts, social posts, microsites, and hiring events by using approved EVP narratives, visuals, and templates.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives,and recruitment events, partnering with Communications/HR for consistent brand storytelling.

Workday Processes & Data Quality

  • Own requisition creation, posting, candidate workflow, feedback capture, and onboarding in Workday Recruiting (W2HO);
  • Maintain 100% data integrity and SLA compliance
  • Train managers and HR partners in managing the TA process in Workday

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Partner with HMs, Plant HR, HRBPs, and Finance on workforce plans, budget adherence, and prioritization.
  • Manage agencies, job boards, and assessment partners; negotiate rates and track performance against SLAs.

Reporting, Dashboards & Continuous Improvement

  • Publish TA dashboards with actionable insights; run weekly hiring huddles with HMs and HRBPs to unblock aging requisitions.
  • Drive CI: source mix optimization, interviewtooffer ratios, and conversion at each funnel stage; share playbooks and talent maps per role family.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR/Business or related field.
  • 7-10 years of endtoend recruiting experience (manufacturing/FMCG/industrial environment strongly preferred).
  • Handson with Workday Recruiting (W2HO) or a comparable ATS; advanced candidate research and sourcing skills.
  • Proven experience running campus programs and employer branding campaigns aligned to EVP guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication; strong stakeholder management with hiring leaders at plant and corporate levels.
  • Datadriven mindset; proficiency with Excel/BI dashboards and recruitment analytics.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of manufacturing compliance in hiring (contract labour, NAPS, background checks, medical fitness where applicable).
  • Exposure to competencybased interviewing and use of structured interview guides.
  • Collaboration and partnering with site and business
