Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing
effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring timely recruitment of quality talent to
meet business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in
full-cycle recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level positions across
all verticals.
Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to understand
manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract the best talent using job
portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and headhunting.
Build a strong employer brand through candidate engagement, campus connect
initiatives, and digital presence.
Manage applicant tracking and recruitment metrics to ensure hiring efficiency
and effectiveness.
Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires in coordination with the
HR Operations team.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles and future requirements.
Conduct market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to stay aligned
with industry trends.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and statutory requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of 2 recruiters.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
510 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in logistics,
supply chain, or service industries.
Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across
various functions and levels.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and
partner with senior stakeholders.
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics.
Good command in Excel
High level of ownership, integrity, and result orientation.
