As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can drive strategic hiring initiatives and build high-performing teams across the organization

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Corporate roles. This role will focus on building strong hiring pipelines, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring high-quality hires aligned with business goals.

You will work closely with leadership teams to understand hiring needs, drive recruitment strategy, and ensure timely closure of roles.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Corporate roles.
  • Partner with leadership teams to understand hiring needs and drive workforce planning.
  • Build strong pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
  • Track key hiring metrics including time-to-hire, selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring funnel performance.
  • Lead and mentor recruiters to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Improve candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring processes.
  • Drive initiatives such as ATS implementation, campus hiring, and LinkedIn talent branding

What We're Looking For

  • 47 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience hiring for high-growth startups, edtech, consumer tech, or sales-heavy organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with business leaders.
  • Proven experience in high-volume and leadership hiring.
  • A builder mindset who enjoys scaling teams and improving hiring processes.
